Each answer is graded CORRECT, INCORRECT, PARTIAL_ANSWER or NOT_ATTEMPTED by an LLM grader, now GPT-5.6 Luna (medium). The Omniscience Index (-100 to 100) adds points for correct answers, subtracts points for wrong ones, and treats abstention as neutral.
