# supermarket.dev

> A directory of agent-first tools — MCP servers and Agent Skills — where every readiness score was probed, not claimed. Declared, verified and reported facts stay apart.

## How to use

- The MCP endpoint is https://supermarket.dev/mcp: fourteen tools. To search everything by name at once: search. For tools: search_tools, get_tool, install_recipe, compare, check_readiness, report_outcome. For the model catalogue (read-only): search_models, get_model, rank_models, list_benchmarks, get_benchmark, get_company, search_agents.
- Say "use supermarket" in a prompt, or install the skill: `npx skills add sorelxyz/supermarket --skill supermarket`.
- A listing's markdown card is at https://supermarket.dev/t/<slug>.md; the JSON at https://supermarket.dev/t/<slug>.json.
- Search as markdown: `GET https://supermarket.dev/search?q=...` with `Accept: text/markdown`.
- The REST API is https://supermarket.dev/v1: `/v1/listings`, `/v1/listings/<slug>`, `/v1/check?url=`, `POST /v1/recipes`, `POST /v1/outcomes`.
- One search over models, companies, benchmarks, specialties, agents and tools: `/v1/search?query=`.
- The model catalogue over REST: `/v1/models`, `/v1/models/<company>/<slug>`, `/v1/rankings/<category>`, `/v1/benchmarks`, `/v1/benchmarks/<slug>`, `/v1/companies/<slug>`, `/v1/agents`. Every result carries its provenance; only independent and third-party results rank.
- The catalogue as pages: https://supermarket.dev/models, https://supermarket.dev/benchmarks, https://supermarket.dev/companies.
- A nightly dump of every live listing is https://supermarket.dev/dump/latest.json (CC BY 4.0).

## Tools by job

- Tools are grouped by the job they do. Each tool's facts (pricing, tools, authentication, setup, limits, privacy) were read from the provider's own pages; every value cites its source.
- A tool as markdown: https://supermarket.dev/tools/<category>/<slug>.md; as JSON: https://supermarket.dev/tools/<category>/<slug>.json.
- [Search the web](https://supermarket.dev/tools/search-the-web): APIs that return live web results, as links, excerpts or full text.
- [Send email](https://supermarket.dev/tools/send-email): APIs that send, and often receive, email from a domain you own.
- [Drive a browser](https://supermarket.dev/tools/drive-a-browser): Tools that let an agent open, click, type into and read real web pages.
- [Transcribe audio](https://supermarket.dev/tools/transcribe-audio): Speech in, text out, with speaker labels and word timestamps.
